The CBC hosted a luncheon that marked the release of a CBC report entitled, "Capital Budgeting for 2030: Achieving the Goals of PLANYC." The report examines the City's capital budgeting practices and makes recommendations for strengthening them in order to achieve the broad ambitions of the PLANYC goals. The event featured a keynote by Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg, as well as a panel which featured David Greenbaum, Robert Yaro, and the Honorable Daniel Garodnick.
