The forum convened MTA leadership, public officials, and other stakeholders for a discussion on the state of the MTA's capital plan and improvements that couild be made to the process of implementing capital projects. The keynote was given by the Chairman and CEO of the MTA, Jay Walder, as he outlined his vision for the MTA.
