CBC Urges NY and NJ to Adopt New Approach to Transportation Financing

The CBC release the first comprehensive fiscal analysis of 25 transportation agencies, covering a 15-county area in the New York-New Jersey region. The report analyzes the problems associated with current policies for financing passenger transportation in the region and offers six guidelines that would ensure that transportation services are properly planned, financed, maintained and expanded.
