CBC releases a letter to State legislators containing its recommendations for legislative action on the New York State budget for fiscal year 2007-08. The recommendations urge support for health care and education finance reform initiatives contained in Governor Eliot Spitzer's Executive Budget and additional consideration of the Governor’s proposals to reduce local taxes.
