CBC is especially pleased that the initiative places emphasis on achieving a state of good repair for key aspects of the City’s infrastructure, including the water and sewer system, highways and bridges, and mass transit. In addition, the plan encourages a congestion pricing system, which has the potential to alleviate burdensome, expensive traffic and provide revenue needed to restore and expand the City’s transportation system.
