CBC's Gala is a must-attend event for New York's business and civic leaders. The 92nd Annual Gala was held on February 29, 2024, and honored The Federal Reserve Bank of New York President & CEO John C. Williams with the Medal for High Civic Service, which is given to a current or former public servant who exemplifies CBC’s values and a dedication to serving the public. Daniel L. Doctoroff, former Deputy Mayor for Economic Development and Rebuilding, was honored with the Felix G. Rohatyn Award, which is given to an individual whose career exemplifies Felix Rohatyn’s public service and commitment to New York.

Special welcomes were delivered by NYC Mayor Eric Adams, NYS Comptroller Tom DiNapoli, and NYC Comptroller Brad Lander.

Introductions and presentation of the Felix Rohatyn Award was by Nicolas Rohatyn and Ed Skyler.

NYS Governor Kathy Hochul presented the Medal for High Civic Service. Washington Post opinion columnist Catherine Rampell interviewed Mr. WIlliams in a fireside chat.
