Mr. John Rhodes is Chair of the NY Public Service Commission (PSC), and a former CBC trustee. The PSC is part of the New York State Department of Public Service, whose mission is to ensure affordable, safe, secure, and reliable access to electric, gas, steam, telecommunications, and water services for the State’s residential and business consumers, while protecting the natural environment. 
Prior to his designation to the PSC, Mr. Rhodes was President and CEO of the New York State Energy and Research Development Authority (NYSERDA), where he worked to develop and implement clean energy policies to support the Governor's Clean Energy Standard and Reforming Energy Vision initiatives. He also oversaw the $5 billion Clean Energy Fund.
