In Mr. Brezenoff's role at the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA), he oversees 326 public housing developments that are home to more than 400,000 New Yorkers.

With NYCHA's capital needs recently identified as approaching $32 billion, the Citizens Budget Commission released Stabilizing the Foundation, a report recommending bold action to address the ongoing deterioration of New York City's deeply affordable housing.
